Once you’ve made your booking you will immediately receive your ticket and all the information you’ll need. This includes clear details about the meeting location, what to do if your flight is delayed and a 24/7 emergency contact number. If you’ve made a return booking then you will receive your departure pick-up time & location 24-48 hours before your departure.

Yes – you can book a return transfer for any date that we operate the transfers. If you book a return transfer you will receive your departure pick-up time & location 24-48 hours before you depart the resort.

Absolutely! We offer transfers from the resorts back to the airport and you can book a resort to airport transfer here 

Every customer is already expected to arrive with a suitcase which is included free of charge. It’s also possible to include a ski / snowboard bag in addition to the normal suitcase per person for free.

Each passenger (including children & infants) can bring a ski / snowboard bag for free. Each passenger is already expected to arrive with a normal suitcase so a ski / snowboard bag is an extra piece of luggage that can be added for free. When you book your transfer you will be asked how many ski / snowboard bags you will be bringing.

If your flight is delayed we ask that you let the transport supplier know as soon as possible using the 24/7 emergency contact number. All solutions will be explored to get you to your destination wherever possible. You can read our full terms & conditions here

As our transfers are shared transfers it’s likely you will need to wait for other customers who may be on other flights. The maximum waiting time is 2 hours, however it’s usually much less than this. For Winter 24/25 the average waiting time from the first customers on the coach to coach departure was 40 minutes.
